On Tuesday, October 29, The Oakville invites you to the Maître de Chai Wine Dinner. From 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM, experience a four-course evening featuring select varietals from the Northern California winery.

Known for sourcing impeccably farmed old vine grapes, Maître de Chai offers a range of varietals from Cabernet Sauvignon to Chenin Blanc. As you sip, our sommelier team will guide you through each pour, served alongside dishes like Beef Tartare, Apple and Onion Tarte Tatin, Roasted Porchetta, and more.
